Sweet dark date syrup with caramel / toffee flavours. Made from 100% dates extracting the juice with minimal processing – retains some of the benefits of the whole date. Use in place of refined sugar. Perfectly suitable for making chocolates, drinks and Nut Butters. Also works great as a natural binder for cereal bars and cereals.
