Whole & Chopped Dates
Our commercial range include Organic and Conventional whole and chopped dates. Great for inclusion in cereals such as muesli to add sweetness and flavour. Also good for baking in cakes and biscuits.
Date sugar is a kind of sugar that is mostly found in natural food such as dates and it is less processed time than white conventional sugar.
Date Nectar
Sweet dark date syrup with caramel / toffee flavours. Made from 100% dates extracting the juice with minimal processing – retains some of the benefits of the whole date. Use in place of refined sugar. Perfectly suitable for making chocolates, drinks and Nut Butters. Also works great as a natural binder for cereal bars and cereals. Additionally we also deal in date sugar, date powder and natural alternative sweetener.
Date Paste
Dates with stones removed and minced into a soft malleable date paste. Offers ease of mixing into sauces, bars, cakes and biscuits. Provides excellent colour and flavour to sauces, such as fruity brown and BBQ sauces. Excellent binding for cereal bars offering natural sweetness and no added refined sugars. A smooth, soft, consistent quality, which maintains its texture throughout shelf life – with no addition of rice flour. Passed through a fine sieve to produce a virtually pit free date. Specific date sourcing to find the perfect variety to make the best quality date paste. The soft texture throughout its life improves the quality of your finished product.
